A classic cookie with confetti sprinkles making it fun and light. Perfect for cookie cutting easy shapes with kids or having simple little round shortbreads with your morning tea. Add marshmallows for extra chewiness or macadamias for that extra crunch.

Most of our mixes can be made vegan by using your choice of butter and an egg replacer you are confident with. INGREDIENTS (ORGANIC*)
STONEGROUND PLAIN FLOUR*, RAPADURA SUGAR*, VANILLA POWDER*,RICE FLOUR*, HOPPERS CONFETTI SPRINKLES
YOU WILL NEED
- 200G SALTED BUTTER CHILLED & CUT INTO 2cm CUBES
METHOD
- PREHEAT OVEN 160 DEGREES CELSIUS- FAN FORCED
- IN A BOWL USING A MIXER, BEAT INGREDIENTS UNTIL COMBINED
- ROLL 1TBSP FULL INTO BALLS (FLATTEN WITH A GLASS) OR ROLL OUT FLAT TO USE COOKIE CUTTERS
- PLACE ONTO BAKING TRAY LINED WITH NON-STICK BAKING PAPER, ALLOWING ROOM TO SPREAD (ROUGHLY 12 BALLS ON ONE TRAY)
BAKE
- 160 DEGREES CELSIUS FAN FORCED FOR 8 - 10MIN
- COOL ON TRAYS UNTIL ROOM TEMPERATURE
STORAGE
STORE IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER IN THE FRIGDE OR COOL DRY PLACE
