A classic buttery cookie with confetti sprinkles  making it fun and light. Perfect for cookie rolling into balls with the kids and having simple little round shortbreads with your morning tea. Add marshmallows for extra chewiness or macadamias for that extra crunch.

Roll the dough into balls with 1tsp quantity and flatten slightly.  Put into an oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-12 minutes. 


This dry cookie mix is weighs approx. 850g, and makes approximately 30 Cookies.

STONEGROUND PLAIN FLOUR*, RAPADURA SUGAR*, DECICATED COCONUT*, VANILLA POWDER*,RICE FLOUR*, HOPPERS CONFETTI SPRINKLES

YOU WILL NEED
  • 250G SALTED BUTTER CHILLED & CUT INTO 2cm CUBES
METHOD
  • PREHEAT OVEN 160 DEGREES CELSIUS- FAN FORCED
  • IN A BOWL USING A MIXER, BEAT INGREDIENTS UNTIL COMBINED
  • ROLL 1TBSP FULL INTO BALLS (FLATTEN WITH A GLASS) OR ROLL OUT FLAT TO USE COOKIE CUTTERS
  • PLACE ONTO BAKING TRAY LINED WITH NON-STICK BAKING PAPER, ALLOWING ROOM TO SPREAD (ROUGHLY 12 BALLS ON ONE TRAY)

BAKE

  • 160 DEGREES CELSIUS FAN FORCED FOR 8 - 10MIN
  • COOL ON TRAYS UNTIL ROOM TEMPERATURE
STORAGE
