STONEGROUND PLAIN FLOUR*, RAPADURA SUGAR*, DANDIES MARSHMALLOWS*, PEANUTS*, COCOA*, DARK CHOCOLATE CHIPS*, BAKING POWDER, BI CARBONATE SODA*

YOU WILL NEED
  • 200G SALTED BUTTER ROOM TEMPERATURE
  • 1 EGG
METHOD
  • PREHEAT OVEN 160 DEGREES CELSIUS- FAN FORCED
  • IN A BOWL USING A MIXER, BEAT INGREDIENTS UNTIL COMBINED
  • ROLL 1TBSP FULL INTO BALLS (DONT FLATTEN)
  • PLACE ONTO BAKING TRAY LINED WITH NON-STICK BAKING PAPER, ALLOWING ROOM TO SPREAD (ROUGHLY 12 BALLS ON ONE TRAY)

BAKE

  • 160 DEGREES CELSIUS FAN FORCED FOR 8 - 10MIN
  • COOL ON TRAYS UNTIL ROOM TEMPERATURE
