STONEGROUND PLAIN FLOUR*, RAPADURA SUGAR*, DARK CHOCOLATE CHIPS*, BAKING POWDER, BI CARBONATE SODA*, VANILLA POWDER*
YOU WILL NEED
- 180G SALTED BUTTER ROOM TEMPERATURE
- 1 EGG
METHOD
- PREHEAT OVEN 160 DEGREES CELSIUS- FAN FORCED
- IN A BOWL USING A MIXER, BEAT INGREDIENTS UNTIL COMBINED
- ROLL 1TBSP FULL INTO BALLS (FLATTEN WITH A GLASS LIGHTLY)
- PLACE ONTO BAKING TRAY LINED WITH NON-STICK BAKING PAPER, ALLOWING ROOM TO SPREAD (ROUGHLY 12 BALLS ON ONE TRAY)
BAKE
- 160 DEGREES CELSIUS FAN FORCED FOR 8 - 10MIN
- COOL ON TRAYS UNTIL ROOM TEMPERATURE
STORAGE
STORE IN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER IN THE FRIDGE OR COOL DRY PLACE
