INGREDIENTS (ORGANIC*)

STONEGROUND PLAIN FLOUR*, RAPADURA SUGAR*, DESICATED COCONUT*, RICE FLOUR*, VANILLA POWDER*

YOU WILL NEED
  • 250G SALTED BUTTER CHILLED & CUT INTO 2cm CUBES
  • Zest of 2 lemons
METHOD
  • PREHEAT OVEN 160 DEGREES CELSIUS- FAN FORCED
  • IN A BOWL USING A MIXER, BEAT INGREDIENTS UNTIL COMBINED
  • ROLL 1TBSP FULL INTO BALLS (FLATTEN WITH A FORK LIGHTLY)
  • PLACE ONTO BAKING TRAY LINED WITH NON-STICK BAKING PAPER, ALLOWING ROOM TO SPREAD (ROUGHLY 12 BALLS ON ONE TRAY)

BAKE

  • 160 DEGREES CELSIUS FAN FORCED FOR 8 - 10MIN
  • COOL ON TRAYS UNTIL ROOM TEMPERATURE
STORAGE
