The perfect excuse to have a cookie for breakfast when it's called the breakfast cookie. Organic muesli and dried fruit throughout with a soft and chewy texture. Cinnamon and nutmeg for that comforting warm breakfast taste. Adding chocolate chips for extra gooeyness would go well with this mix.

YOU WILL NEED
- 1 EGG
- 2OOG SALTED BUTTER MELTED
METHOD
- PREHEAT OVEN 160 DEGREES CELSIUS- FAN FORCED
- IN A BOWL USING A MIXER, BEAT INGREDIENTS UNTIL COMBINED
- ROLL 1TBSP FULL INTO BALLS (DON'T FLATTEN)
- PLACE ONTO BAKING TRAY LINED WITH NON-STICK BAKING PAPER, ALLOWING ROOM TO SPREAD (ROUGHLY 12 BALLS ON ONE TRAY)
BAKE
- 160 DEGREES CELSIUS FAN FORCED FOR 8 - 10MIN
- COOL ON TRAYS UNTIL ROOM TEMPERATURE
STORAGE
STORE IN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER IN THE FRIDGE OR COOL DRY PLACE
